Maike Civil is a family owned civil design company, based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, founded in 2019.

DIRECTOR & PRINCIPAL CIVIL DESIGNER
With over 25 years of industry experience, Kye brings deep technical expertise in the planning, geometric design and documentation of civil infrastructure and highway projects across Australia. His career spans both private and public sectors throughout Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, delivering high‑quality design outcomes with a strong focus on accuracy, constructability and compliance.
Kye is recognised for his commitment to professional standards, his ability to lead complex design workflows, and his practical understanding of how well‑executed plans drive successful project delivery. His extensive background in plan/profile production, corridor design and multidisciplinary coordination underpins Maike Civil’s reputation for reliable, detail‑driven work.

Matt Munro
SENIOR DRAFTER
With 3 years’ experience in civil drafting, Matt brings strong technical capability to producing accurate, coordinated and construction‑ready documentation across a wide range of infrastructure projects. He has deep knowledge of geometric design, corridor modelling and plan/profile production, supporting efficient project delivery from concept through IFC.
Matt works closely with designers, engineers and project managers to ensure all drawing outputs are compliant, consistent and aligned with project requirements. Their commitment to precision, professional standards and practical problem‑solving strengthens project outcomes and contributes to Maike Civil’s reputation for reliable, detail‑driven design.
